A: Yes, we welcome OEM/ODM orders. We can print customers' brand logo and model number on the power label, and also offer laser logos on the products' aluminum/metal casing. Additionally, we can provide user manuals, customized color boxes, customized printing cartons, and other stickers to stick on LED power supplies or boxes.
2. Q: Do you conduct a burn-in test on your products?
A: Yes, all of our LED transformers undergo a 100% burn-in test for 3-4 hours before packing to ensure their quality and reliability.
3. Q: Do your products come with any certificates?
A: Yes, our products have basic CE, RoHS, and SAA certifications, and some of them are ETL, CB, and UKCA listed. If other certificates are needed, please let us know.
